Welcome to this beautifully updated Victorian located in a favorite North Oakland neighborhood, Temescal. While the home has all the vintage style and details we love, below the surface are the modernized systems we need for easy living. Tall ceilings & windows provide plenty of natural light, while period fixtures add an elegant flare. Refinished hardwood floors and new paint enhance this ready-to-go classic. There is off-street parking and a delightful garden with veggie beds, fig tree, and citrus. The huge basement area is ideal for workshop, storage, or your favorite pastime, and shows off the extensive earthquake retrofitting from 2008. Close to MacArthur BART and the abundant dining & shopping attractions of Temescal, Rockridge, & Piedmont Avenue.
