As my client and I drove around the Berkeley Hills, enjoying the captivating bay views and the peacefulness the lush landscaping brought us, we came upon 1082 Miller Road. She was looking for a stately home, one that can fit lots of people, with charming architecture, bay views and a place for her son to play, all in a great community. One might think this was a tall order, but Miller did not disappoint. She loved that the house had a grand room with a deck, taking full advantage of the amazing views. An elegant space with two en-suites, while the primary bedroom and bathroom is enhanced by those very views. The separation of space allows for privacy with two additional bedrooms and a den on the lower level, leading out to the secret garden, with a level grass area for play. With so many hideaways, it felt like her own private retreat. You can feel every bit of the 1936 construction when you step into the generous courtyard, a space designed for the perfect cocktail party!
